The need for skilling the youth in the country is national a priority and the Government has set a goal of making 500 million youth employable by 2022. Genpact believes that skill building for employability is a critical priority for both the country and the community. The ‘NASSCOM Social Innovation Forum –Genpact Reach Higher Honours’ and two seed grants will be provided to two best ICT-based solutions for skilling and employment , in addition to mentoring by its team and experts.
